You might wanna go ahead and give up, no sense in making life harder than it already is. GIVE UP! Hang it up! Stick a fork in it, ITS DONE!!!. Is that how you really feel? Not to worry, you are not alone like Mike Jackson said before he totally morphed into a white woman.

This game that we call real estate is not for the weak of heart. It takes 3 things:

Patience

Persistence

Perseverance

Remember when you were a kid and you tried to ride a bike for the first time? You got on that bike and your dad or mom held the seat while you looked back to make sure that they were still there? They screamed at you for not paying attention to where you were going after telling you the same thing 50 times?

You fell down, you got bruised but you didn’t stop. You were out there day after day after day trying to get your balance and focus right in order to make riding an involuntary action. You practiced and stayed at it until you got it right?
Well the same applies to real estate investing. You send out those postcards and get no responses, you stay out late at night trying to get those bandit signs up and still no calls. So what, keep moving motion creations action, actions produce results. If this is something that you want bad enough it will happen as long as you keep doing it day in and day out.

Be patient, it took us 9 months before we were able to come from out mothers womb.

Be persistent, we didn’t learn to walk overnight.

Persevere, same as persistant just a different word.
